Welcome to Mechanix ("App," "Service," "we," "our" or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and Mechanix Project regarding your use of the Mechanix iOS application, its companion website (getmechanix.com) and any related content or services (collectively, the "Services").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18 you may use the Services only with consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on any iOS device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, and subject to these Terms and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA").

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled ≥ 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple handles billing; you can manage or cancel in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions. Unused portions of quotas expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over. We may change prices or quotas in future; existing subscribers will be notified in-app and may cancel before changes take effect.
Full videos remain on your device. When you request an analysis, the App extracts a limited set of key frames and sends them—encrypted in transit—via our proxy (currently hosted in Railway, US-West) to our AI processing partner for inference. Frames are discarded after analysis (see Privacy Policy for details).
Solely to provide the Services, you grant us and our AI vendor a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process the frames you send. We do not claim ownership of your videos or use them to train models.

Mechanix provides informational feedback only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice or coaching. Consult a qualified trainer or physician before starting any new exercise or technique. Use at your own risk.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Results may vary.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mechanix, its creators, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of your use or inability to use the Services—even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event will our total liability exceed US $50 or the amount you paid for the Services in the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access (and delete associated data) if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections 5-9 survive termination.
We may modify these Terms to reflect feature changes or legal requirements. We'll post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be notified in-app or via the App Store. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
